I baked the Milk Cake!

I did it last Saturday, hell yeah I baked a Milk cake, haha. It was a very easy recipe to do, but erm... I did something wrong, so the cake turn out bit abnormal though. But it still tasted good lah. I think I grew the interest of trying many recipe at home. I successfully made Nam Yee Pork also, no pictures la, lazy to take. I just ate it the second time just now, hehe. And, I succeed the tau foo kan also, so proud.


Beat 4 eggs until its fluffy (or about 5 min at high speed)

Mix in 2 cups of sugar and 2 1/4 cups of self raising flour (or 2 cups of all purpose flour with 2 teaspoon of baking powder) And beat it until soft and fluffy, something similar to the picture

Heat up 2 cups of milk with 10 teaspoon of butter until it melt. And pour into the mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the pan

Baked at 180'c for 35min

Voila, your milk cake was ready!

And... was thinking of double layer milk (双皮奶)the infamous of HK/Macau/TW watever lah, let me think of to make or not to. hehe.
